Looking for a roommate (male/female) in Batumi (Batumi Plaza area). My roommate is moving out, so an isolated room is becoming available in a spacious apartment in a 3-story building with a shared kitchen-living room. Everyone will have their own fully isolated room. Cost is $250 rent + about 100 GEL for utilities per person. Duration — preferably at least 3 months. Upon moving in, the first month and a $250 deposit for the last month are paid. Write to me in DM! (move-in date 05.11.2026)
