Looking for a roommate (male or female) for a 3-room apartment in a historic building on Tchaikovsky Street, 3 minutes from Chernyshevskaya metro station.

There are two of us — a guy and a girl.

Move-in as soon as possible, even tomorrow!

Spacious room with a large bed, high ceilings (4m), a huge window, a vintage vanity, and storage nightstands.

In the hallway — a large wardrobe, plus a storage room near the apartment.

All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance. Plus, a very quiet and cozy area in the very center of the city.

The apartment is warm and large, with everything for comfortable living: refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave, gas stove, Wi-Fi.

We don't mind guests, but we don't throw parties. Everyone works a lot, so we rest at home and don't make noise. But the walls are quite thick — we can't hear each other, nor music in the neighboring rooms.

Price — 28,333 + utilities (deposit — one month, non-refundable)
