Hi! I'm looking for an apartment for me and my girlfriend) We're nice clean people who respect the space we live in. She's a Pilates instructor, I'm a producer and manager working with bloggers

We have two cats, also clean, they scratch their scratching post and are the best good boys in the world

We're looking for a space where we can enjoy, vibe, and live peacefully) Important — we need 2 separate bedrooms and within the Moscow Ring Road. Preferably 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, but this and everything else is negotiable

We're considering 2 options: either a move-in ready apartment or one that needs renovation/furniture. We won't repaint walls in some weird color, we do everything with the owner's consent)

Budget

Up to 45-50 thousand + utilities if we're doing renovations and the apartment needs investment

Up to 70 thousand + utilities if the apartment is in good condition)
