Hi everyone!!!!

We're looking for a place to stay! Move-in from late August to early September

We plan to live as three people (me and two guys) + a toy poodle (very well-behaved, with awards, doesn't pee at home, doesn't bark, doesn't tear up AN-Y-THING, a golden dog)

Minimum stay of 6 months

Preferred districts: Vake / Marjanishvili / Avlabari / Tech University / Rustaveli / Liberty / Medical University

(NOT with steep uphill climbs; if it's a short climb, that's fine)

With bus stops near the house or within a 15-minute walk to the metro

Maximum budget: $700. We'll consider any condition of renovation; we're ready to do some fixing up ourselves

A house would be nice!) We'd like some kind of workspace in the living room/bedroom besides the kitchen table, or space to set one up

Better to have not-so-fresh renovation but more space
