We are looking for a female roommate for a three-room apartment on Chekhov Street.

Our place is cozy, quiet, and clean. We are looking exclusively for a girl who shares these values.

Move-in available from October 23.

Rent is 20,000 rubles + utility bills — during the heating season, it comes to about 6,000 rubles per person.

IMPORTANT! The apartment is for sale. The sale might not happen until the spring. The landlady wants to find a tenant who is willing to rent until the sale.

Write to [contact] with a bit about what is important to you when living together.
